It's super easy, in face I have my own that we can dedicate to it.

You do know that Wireshark can pickup the ips of people who you are chatting with on skype. It's well known and it shouldn't matter if you get dos'd anyways, it's easy to prevent and a quick fix.

discord is a good alternative
