Only the artists that charge $300+ per piece are making a decent amount of money. Even that doesn't get even close to being 'rich', though.

There are, however, definitely a few rich furries out there. They are probably not artists.

though silverfox charges a few to several hundred for a piece he doesn't draw often enough to be what you'd consider "rich"
at least, if art was his only income, which it probably isn't
