I sure as hell wish it were that easy. I am actually heading towards that branch IRL.

You need to take the following into consideration:
Immunologic compatibility
Nerval movement
Xeno-diseases
Trauma, depending on the patient
Legality
Where it's coming from
What organ is being transplanted.


And even after taking all of this and solving it, you need to make sure to minimize the systematic and absolute errors that ocurred during the transplant.
