Basically, prior to the video being recorded, Chris Chan ruined a Sonic Boom display in GameStop because Sonic's arms were blue (and not because the game was a massive pile of diarrhea). In the video (though it's hard to see), he pepper sprays the employee at the counter as he walks out for literally no reason at all.

And yes, he is cross-dressing.
