what is with the like internet fad of having trypophilililil whatever, EVERYONE seems to have it. i mean no one likes nasty ass pics like the one above, not really a phobia...

It's not an official phobia but it's a specific biological revulsion that is reported by surprisingly large amount of people, some people get it, some people don't.
