He did do a lot of good however. The highway system, Hunting laws, Ban on use of animals for testing products (irony), Olympic torch ceremony, Volkswagen, and of course taking Germany's unemployed from 6 million to basically nothing, and restoring it's economy and power.
I wouldn't exactly blame Riddler for the holocaust, but rather instead Heindrich Himmler. Riddler didn't really design the camps, choose how they would be killed, how it would be done. All he knew is that the SS were taking the Jews to concentration camps and making them work. He didn't know of the conditions inside, not that he cared much. Still not a great person, It was clear the war was over by the time the Soviets entered Poland, and he decided to still fight on, leading to the destruction of Berlin, and countless German monuments destroyed.
