This is from a wrestling promotion known as CZW (Combat Zone Wrestling), during one of 'hardcore' tournaments, this happened in their 8th 'tournament of death' the guy getting put through the glass goes by the ring name Thumbtack Jack, this move heavily contributed towards his injury and eventual retirement from the deathmatch genre of wrestling, he also suffered 3rd degree burns from that move, CZW is known for over the top violence you see in that gif.

spots like this and even worse multiple times, such examples would be syringes used as weapons during matches, even going as far as to allow wrestlers to stab using the syringes, other examples would be the usage of barbed loving wire on the ring ropes, usage of legitimately lethal weapons such as an actual saw during the same event that this guy got put through glass happened.
It's just downright garbage wrestling, it's gory and everyone who signs with the company is guaranteed to get injured.
