You should really learn to read up more on a subject before spitting hatred. He removed the game because of the negative reviews so he could improve it. He realized it was rushed and wanted to make a game that was more than a cash grab. He is also going to release the new version for free. How many developers have done that?
I don't like the game but I have to give him a thumbs up for that move.
To be equally fair, most respectable developers don't release a wildly unfinished product in the first place.
Withdrawing it in order to fix and polish it more is good, but it never should have been released in the first place.
