a few mins ago, I was playing FEZ and the screen went blank, so I pushed the menu key and started button mashing to find the 'exit game' button, but I selected the 'delete save' button.

I accidentally deleted some desktop background I made

but luckily I had a version that's basically something that you would post in the desktop thread that could just be cropped (yay for clean desktops)

doesn't look as good as it used to because it isn't 1920x1080 but it looks decent enough

oh right
i built a machine in blockland that would generate levels, not randomly but from levels 1 - whatever, it would create traps and platform jumps you had to make to get a sword and use it on a door to escape

so i finished it
i went to the server i wanted to present it on
didn't pay attention
hit save bricks
saved over it
stared at the screen for about an hour as everyone on the server waited and wondered what happened to me
left the server shut my pc down and went and cried in a corner

Deleted my only working implementation of my encryption algorithm in attempt to remove a virus that gave me a bad looking start screen for Google Chrome/Fire Fox/Internet Explorer.

Opened two windows of Terraria on accident. While trying to log in on the first window, the second managed to delete my almost fully complete character.

In 2010 or 2009 I did a windows reinstall and backed up everything on my MP4. When I formatted everything, that apparently included my MP4 and lost 2007-2010 worth of heavy amount of rare and awesome RTB save files, screenshots, and other crap.
