So I paid off my initial loan on my 2nd day, and am now waiting for an expansion tomorrow and to pay off the new 98k loan.

I'm also trying to improve my Mayor popularity rating so I can get the Construction Certificate, or whatever it's called.

What's the quickest way about that?
