Also I took a short nap, and when I woke up, I found my 3DS was out of battery because I forgot to charge it.

All of my save data and 10,000 bells I had planned to use until morning are now gone because I forgot to save. Back to square one again :c

I just tried to get Resetti to pop up.

He said that the surveillance center he spies players from wasn't supported anymore so he isn't able to discourage people from resetting.

In Animal Crossing: New Leaf he similarly scolds the player for resetting or not saving their game. The Resetti Surveillance Center can be bought as a Public Works Project by the Mayor of the Town for 360,000 Bells. This time it is inside a manhole which occasionally opens in the player's town after 8:00 PM, letting the player to come in.
