Before quitting I'd just set the ordinance to beautiful town, which gets the villagers to take care of the town.

Get a great feng shui thingie mabob

feng shui MEANS something in this game now, hit the lucky rock and instead of the normal bellage you'll get some ore and you'll get hopefully a good amount
i wonder if you can knock gold ore out 8 times for a total of 32,000

My town is open and I basically leave my 3DS on (it sits in the charging dock in my desk so why not?) 24/7 so if you ever need to sell something in another town or need to buy something feel free to come over whenever!
