You did send it to the Official Nintendo Repair shop right? Because they instruct you to remove all games and SD cards beforehand.

Yea I did, but it's okay.
At least they gave me a new one >->

Mine's not under warranty anymore, I probably wouldn't get a new one if anything happened to it...

Usually if it happens, they might give you your money back, or give you a new 3DS with 
unlimited warranty which is what I got.
