I have several.

-Taxis move quickly and do not stop when on a fare. Do not cross in front of moving taxis.
-Don't forget around, especially in Times Square. The NYPD are everywhere.
-The subway is not as confusing as everybody thinks.
-If you're going to a Broadway show, be at the 'tkts' booth in Times Square well before 10 AM for a matinee, or before 3 PM for an evening show. Download the free app to know which shows are open. Most stages are dark on Mondays, if I recall.
