I was talking to MaroonCacti and he was telling me how he didn't have any games to play.
I asked 'what about blockland?' and he said he got revoked.
I asked what for, and he said for a forum topic.
Reguardless of what the topic was, I didn't think people got revoked often for things on the forums.
I remember badspot saying you literally had to be the worst person in the game to get revoked.
I suppose I can see why that policy may have changed, with the new key registration system, but that's not what I wanted to talk about.
A few years ago, back in 2009, as many of you know, I was Azjherben.
I made a terriable decision or two as a still somewhat little kid, and I got banned.
I waited about two months I think to make a new account, and when I did I made a new name, new password, new email, all to make sure it could never be traced back to Azjherben.
Guess what happned as soon as I joined?
I got accussed of being an alt.
Yeah, my very first pm on this account in fact, is from wynd_fox with the subject "Dear Plaz," where he accusses me of being Plaz.
Back in those days, being banned was a big deal.
These days people literally have accounts premade for their next ban, and people activate an account literally minutes after they're banned in some cases, even if the ban isn't permanant.
Hell, people like Glass have racked up literally dozens of accounts if I correctly recall.
I get that now that they're paying each time it makes sense that they get another chance, but what I guess I wanted to ask was do any of ya'll remember when being banned meant that you really stayed the hell out, and that people used to search for alts for the fun of it?
