Author Topic: Brown Recluse Spiders suck yo  (Read 1878 times)

I hate them with all my life. I found one crawling on our bathroom (we have hundreds in our basement) and tried to smash him but he got into a corner and managed to escape into the floorboard. I'm afraid it might get to my bedroom floorboard and bite me while I sleep because I tried to kill him ;x

I was bitten once by one of them on my right arm, acted quick enough to only leave a small round scar.
My house is sorrounded by them.

can of compress air and a flame work wonders

Yeah, I have thousands under my house. Well, hundreds.

Honestly, I seriously couldn't handle being in an infested building like that. I'm pretty arachnophobic.

As am I, but we usually get it sprayed and they usually don't creep up our house. Sometimes we find them in sinks and such.

Don't brown recluse spiders bear a necrosis inducing venom? I'd steer clear of them.

Once one of those forgeters bit me on the fleshy part of my hand. It was too far away from any veins for the venom to pass through my body.

Like I said, I live in a house with hundreds, maybe even thousands under my house. We're used to them popping up in the house sometimes, but they're painful.

I got bit by a black widow on my bike once. It had a nest under my bikes seat and it crawled onto my leg and bit me.
My father told me that if anything bad happens in the next hour I would have to go to the ER. Luckily not much happened.

Actually, once my brother got bit on the foot so he was in one of those ankle sprain things. The blister from the bite was big, and forgetin' nasty.

Most people fear them because the media made them sound extremely deadly, however the chances of you dying as a result of the bite are actually very slim, in fact the chances of getting bit are extremely slim as well.

i found a spider in my house earlier
it was killed

never riding a bike again

there is a forgetin black widow nest outside of my dining room

my grandma hangs out there often but never notices when a black widow ambles into the room, so i usually do a quick once-over to make sure there are no killer deathspiders hanging around

i'm so used to them i usually just brutalize them with whatever's on hand (or foot, assuming shoes), but the first time around- to play it safe- i shooed everyone out of the room, ran into my bedroom, came back with a golf club and smacked it into the window
