Hollow holds (Hold it for like 30 seconds)
Then do all that like twice or three times. As for arm muscles idk I hate pushups, hold handstands? Handstand pushups?
oh come on dude I love push ups :(

the forget is that stuff?  don't buy things for energy, you're like 16 we don't need energy at 15-20.  just get some milk, protein powder, throw a banana and some strawberries or something and bam.  protein smoothie for your post-workouts.
yes

Take your protein after your workouts an when you wake up

But you want to get a lot of your protein from your foods

haha yea rite

Oh you fockin wanna go? Ill dec u in m8

Yea I had quinoa and a protein shake time to go get ripped be back later~

currently do a 3 day split of chest/triceps, back/biceps, shoulders/legs/triceps

i don't have a need for any more than 3 day day split because i haven't plateaued yet. getting my 4500cal a day is the bigger challenge right now

supplementing creatine and whey protein

I DIDNT BUY IT THEY SENT IT IN THE MAIL
give it to the homeless or something, you don't need it.  keep the vitamins though, that's okay.  if the ready meal bag is like protein/calories and stuff, then keep that too.  just don't bother with things for energy because you don't need energy unless you have sleep problems or something.

you'rE SUPPOSED TO DRINK IT AFTER WHAT forget

actually striking martial arts are better tbh for cardio (except wrestling but what girl here would wrestle lol)

that being said, do muay thai over taekwondo or whatever other karate
most mma gyms offer muay thai anyway so there you go

um

yeah nah. entirely dependent on the intensity of the cardio.

jeebus

4500? That's insane man you'll prob make great gains though

I have a hard time with 3500 and that's 9 meals a day

should have put generally
but generally from experience i always come out about to collapse after thai but after rolling bjj i often feel fine after like two minutes.

plus you could go to an mma place and only do muay thai classes anyway bubba lol

Slayer do dips. Dips are waaay better than pushups. Swinging dips are hard too.

Wait but then what do I eat before, I got hungry :(
i have no idea to be honest, i usually just eat whatever except for fatty/sugary/unhealthy foods.

hopefully someone can help here because i need to know too tbh

i still only get like 7 proper meals a day, i'm just lucky having an office job because eating is really easy. i also don't count dinner, or lunch. so my 4500 is ontop of whatever i eat then (counting meals is too much of a chore for me)

i also owe it to these beauties

cheapest source of carbs for me. each one is 10g of carbs, so i'll knock down 10 before bed, 10 when i wake up and 5 throughout the day. great source of fibre too.
