the forget is that stuff?  don't buy things for energy, you're like 16 we don't need energy at 15-20.  just get some milk, protein powder, throw a banana and some strawberries or something and bam.  protein smoothie for your post-workouts.
This. I don't get why people buy expensive "muscle gainer" when all they have to do is to have a healthy diet. If you feel like you need those extra proteins, eat an egg or two a day (or drink some milk).

I need to work out my upper body more, especially triceps and abs. But I'm very good at leg stuff. If you need any help with your leg excercises and/or cardio, lemme know.

In my opinion, the absolutely best excercises for legs and ass are:
- Bulgarian front split (with the bench)
- Lunges
- Side Lunges
- Squats (all variations)
You can do these with or without additional weight, depending on how fit you are.

"protein powder" that i mentioned is "muscle gainer".  it's how you use it.  having a healthy diet may be enough to be fit, but if you want to build your body higher you'll need to use things like "muscle gainer".

Slayer do dips. Dips are waaay better than pushups. Swinging dips are hard too.
i do both
I do weighted dips and push ups

actually striking martial arts are better tbh for cardio
bro

do you even combo kick?

as someone who struggled getting to a stable ~4500cal a day, i can totally see why people use them. it's not so much about having a healthy diet as it is about going like 10% above your maintenance level of calories. i had an extremely healthy diet, but i didn't have the volume i needed to hit that target.

protein powder isn't even expensive, it's the "mass gainer" stuff you want to stay clear of, because it's far cheaper to make your own

speaking of protein going to Walmart right now to get some more Body Fortress protein

jeebus

4500? That's insane man you'll prob make great gains though

I have a hard time with 3500 and that's 9 meals a day

I sometimes eat 9000 in a single day although I average like 3k and I'm 50 lbs. underweight. I think I have like cancer or something because I just can't gain weight and I eat more than anybody I know. I can order a large pizza, a 2 liter, and parmesan bites from dominos and down it all and still be hungry. So far today I've already eaten 15 taquitos, 3 corn dogs, 5 glasses of milk, a protein shake and 4 bananas. I still got 2 more meals to go. What's wrong with me only 164 lbs ):

if you're averaging 3k, that's why

don't go by what you can eat in a single day, go by what you average. get that up to 4500+

Depends on what you're aiming for. If you're a olympic weightlifter, of course you'll gonna need some gainer. If you're just trying to get in good shape, you don't. That gainer is nothing more than concentrated proteins, which you could get much cheaper by just eating a big omelette.

Of course, if you are eating 4500cal a day, you'll probably need protein powder. But then again, those kind of numbers are far from normal, and I'm tempted to categorize that under "olympic weightlifter" (see above).
Even protein powder is expensive over here :/ But I was refering to the stuff the sell over here which contains proteins, vitamins and minerals. I guess it's the equivalent of what you call "mass gainer".

I'm just too lazy to eat, I bet I could eat 10k a day easy if someone were to just keep handing me food constantly. But when I have to make it myself or go out and get it I tend to opt to just starve. Generally I go grocery shopping like once every 2 weeks and I eat like a pig for a few days and blow through all the groceries in less than a week then starve for the remainder until I can go shopping again. I don't know what's wrong with me I'm the hardest worker you'll ever meet and I hit it hard in the gym but once I get home from work and the gym or on my days off I just sit on the computer and won't eat or clean or do anything.

I dont like eggs and I'm a vegetarian :/

i doubt you're having any more difficulty than i was having, it literally took me years to get myself to a level where i could gain weight

take the emphasis off lifting, and put it on eating. i have much less intense gym sessions than i used to, but i sit down and eat as if i'm lifting. there's literally no point lifting until you can gain weight through eating alone; in fact, it'll be completely counter productive to what you're doing to do.

it depends on where you are i guess. supplementing my diet with protein powder is cheaper than eating a bunch of eggs (and more convenient). that's not something i'm just claiming either, per gram of protein, the powder is cheaper for me.

If you were trying to lose weight, how many calories would you recommend eating per day/what to eat? (For a person that gains weight easily but loses it with difficulty)
Also, would it hurt if you lost over 2-3 pounds a week?

I'd get banned if I showed my huge muscle

So if I want to gain a lot of muscle mass do I have to eat a lot :(
I dont like eating
