Bump, I want to go on a cut soon but I'm not sure if it would be the "best" idea.
Any opinions?

you shouldn't even be thinking about cutting or bulking or anything like that until you've got lifting down

all those intermediate things come after you've built yourself a solid base. just eat good food and lift good weights for now

Should I be trying to eat a large amount of food? Or just kind of a maintenance?
I've been counting calories for a couple years now, haven't been doing anything about it but I've been aware of it.

Alright, I'll do that. Thanks again.

Been slaking which is extremely bad

Late nights, bad nutrition and no lifting is what vacation does to you.

Today I did a full body thing though

It's just because I don't have the gym equipment

i dont get why you americans even go to gyms

gym equipment is so cheap over there, you could pick up a powerrack + barbell + weights for like $800 or less last i checked. it'd pay itself back in no time

Getting the equiment is not the problem
