you shouldn't even be thinking about cutting or bulking or anything like that until you've got lifting downall those intermediate things come after you've built yourself a solid base. just eat good food and lift good weights for now
Should I be trying to eat a large amount of food? Or just kind of a maintenance?I've been counting calories for a couple years now, haven't been doing anything about it but I've been aware of it.
maintenance with enough protein for your bodyweight (google a protein intake calculator)
i dont get why you americans even go to gymsgym equipment is so cheap over there, you could pick up a powerrack + barbell + weights for like $800 or less last i checked. it'd pay itself back in no time
Yeah seriously, people are begging you to take their equipment on Craigslist
Getting the equiment is not the problemspace is the problem. Its not like I have a room large enough to hold all those machines and weights.
