Sweet,  I haven't gone about 180lbs on flat yet lol, hopefully will do in a week or so.

What are you deadlifting/squatting?

Trained legs after a month last night :'(
Taking it light right now because I trying to work on form, because previous bad form was causing lower back pain.

Anyways doing about 185lbs squats and 165lbs on deadlifts. Thats mostly why they're my main focus. :(

I think I'm going to stop squats and deals until I improve my weak points and work on mobility

Not bad, I can't squat for stuff.  Since I'm starting back from light weights, I only maxed@50kg lol.

Deadlifts are amazing. I always end up not deadlifting frequently so I'm only on 110kg atm. (PR being 130kg, I think,a few months ago)

I wouldn't, even if you're staying light, they're great compound exercises.

Yea but I have weak hamstrings which are also extremely tight and a weak lower back. Going to get a form roller and start working on those areas. I might still do some light weight and I mean like 65lbs to work on form

Stretch more/Use a roman chair.

i wouldve thought your bench would be more :u

ot: hurt my hip and right hand getting wrecked by a linebacker in fb, i def cant do squats or anything similar and cant bench more then like 140 without my hand hurting like a bitch. havent gone to the doctor yet but hoping its not too bad.

nope, not yet. my aim is 225 on bench but I've been focusing on squatting a lot more recently.

btw whats your bench red? [pre-injury]

i 3 rep maxed at 160~ (might have been 155) two weeks ago, im working to get it up a decent amount by the end of fb

I did 5 reps of 205lbs tonight but Im having a little pain in my lower left back.

we had like twice a week going over new plays/conditioning the whole summer, we got a new head coach so every single play was new. then we had team camp two weeks ago, dead week, then this week was hardcore conditioning and we start our official practices this sunday with a midnight practice.

jeez you guys do a lot. We've had 3 practices a week since July 4th. All just weight lifting and conditioning.
Too bad we only get about 8 - 13 people to show up. Sad really :(

Our real practices start in 1 week. Hopefully I dont miss combine.
Anyways did you know i havent played 1 real play of football in my life. :C
