Taking it light right now because I trying to work on form, because previous bad form was causing lower back pain.
Anyways doing about 185lbs squats and 165lbs on deadlifts. Thats mostly why they're my main focus. :(
Not bad, I can't squat for stuff. Since I'm starting back from light weights, I only maxed@50kg lol.
Deadlifts are amazing. I always end up not deadlifting frequently so I'm only on 110kg atm. (PR being 130kg, I think,a few months ago)
I think I'm going to stop squats and deals until I improve my weak points and work on mobility
I wouldn't, even if you're staying light, they're great compound exercises.
