I'm trying to add a payment option to my account/edit my billing info, but it just gives me some error each time
the error code is 80072741
if you want to look it up yourselfthis is what it says
but
the website doesn't say there are any problems
nothing has changed since earlier, when I was doing it without issue
and neither of the two bottom things could be the issue because I can't tell them what my card's expiration date is, and I can't even see what the billing info is in the first place
if anyone else wants to test this out yourself, go to account management on your xbox, and either:
A. select "manage payment options," then "add credit card," it takes you to a menu, wait a minute, and if the right side of the menu loads, then it's working, otherwise it'll give you the error
or B. select "billing information," enter your password for the account, and do the same waiting thing
so if you do try it, please let me know whether it's working or not
