This, Psp's been my friend for quite a few years now. He's fairly young so you shouldn't expect so much from him. You're basically drama'ing him for a bad server/build. That's a horrible reason if he hasn't:

1. Banned you for no reason
2. Been a richard to you or anyone else
3. Abused admin in stupid ways

Or anything like that.

This is the first build I criticized and if you think I cant make something half that decent, I would have to be making random crap out of 1x1 bricks.

If you "criticize" (be an starfish about a 12-year-old's build; I forgot if he was going on 13 or 12 lol) it's probably going to get you banned. I'd just be cautious about your feedback on builds if I were you.
