I think Filipe did tons for our community. He needs a reward.

Filipe for making a vehicle pack and a server does not need to receive anything special. w/ Speedkart.

If we were to take it that way, a lot of Add-on makers should have something special.
And guess what that something special is: Knowledge of accomplishment, don't think they aren't aware of their success or indifferent. All of them got somewhere and got known, that's something special upon itself.

filipe does not need a reward. Im not being mean, the person who deserves a reward is badspot. He made this game for you so you guys could enjoy it, badspot works hard on this game. all Filipe did was make addons and videos, did filipe make shadows and shaders possible? does he work hard on the forums?  did he get anything on greenlight? no.
