So, make a plane that is 2 units long by 2 units wide. What you are going to do is select two of the vertecies that form an edge on the plane. Then, move them such that they are coinciding with the other two vertecies. Now, if you are in the Model, click Move. There should be 3 white boxes directly under Snap to Grid and Move Options.
