Somewhere, something important with someone important in it explodes from someone putting something in the something's back.

Now now, Watcher, that's powergame.

Heat seeking technology is incorporated in almost every way Abdullahian scientists can, from menpants launchers to the independently target-able reentry vehicles in the MIRVBMs.  Rotor craft research is going swimmingly, a prototype large propeller should be built soon.

when do i get that hm blazer
i sent scientists

You can't control what happens in other people's countries unless it's your soldiers/gov't officials.  You could have brought up the fact that he did nothing about it and I'm sure he would have handled it himself.  If not, you could simply complain about it to Grunter.

Meanwhile nations lose millions of dollars sending troops to fight in a war that they have no part in. Yaslovakian citizens riot on the streets because the government did nothing to stop the execution of their soldiers.
I hope you don't mean everybody is rioting, that would practically be powergame saying "EVERY SINGLE CITIZEN IN YOUR COUNTRY loving HATES YOU YOU'RE GOING TO FALL AND CRIPPLE AND BE NOTHING BUT HORSE stuff BECAUSE YOU COULDN'T SEND ANOTHER PLANE TO GET SHOT DOWN forget"

Anyways, a Yaslovakian official comes out and states that Yaslovakia's Airforce could do nothing to save the men, a sad fact. He states if they had sent anymore planes and paratroopers, which were the only way to get there in time, they would've been shot down immediately by heat-seeking rockets that can apparently hit high planes when they're supposed to only hit low flying planes, so there was pretty much nothing we could do. A large memorial is placed in the middle of the capital of Yaslovakia. The soldiers' family receive the military's condolences as they visit the memorial.

Watcher doesn't have heat seekers, his air defense people are just 10/10 marksmen with menpants.

ah i see
i have the feeling he has a division filled with menpants called "prosc0pe yaslovakian deadly lethal 10/10 stars would play again marksmen trained to forget over any high flying aircraft"

Also, this is what, 1960's now? How would your radars be 100% correct and be able to see everything down to a pixel being 150% accurate?
