How else are they to get out of Atsina?

Troops are slowly removed from Yaslovakia (starting with Heavy Armor) and sent to Slevokxia's Claim.
Soldiers in Yaslovakia are currently being collected by Ships stationed in Slevokxia's Claim.

EDIT: I set a claim for Indonesia, it is expected to take a while to convince the comrades south of Slevokxia to join us in our quest for Equality.

I think that it goes without saying that as an ally of mine, you would only benefit by my controlling Gibraltar before some potentially hostile one does.
Lastly, I've made my hopes for peaceful and beneficial annexation clear. As a fellow ally of Atsina, it stands to reason that you should support this as opposed to a military occupation by a potentially hostile power.
