Seriously it's like the 60s we should be able to conquer land with a snap and there shouldn't be less than 8+ million people in a developed nation.

I would rather there be room for new nations, we've gotten a lot of new players lately.

Abdullahi finally annexes DSR's land.  Repair and cleanup efforts are made for the places that weren't reconstructed and cleaned up already.  It also annexes some land southwest of its mainland.
