Then the active players should launch a blitzkrieg on the remaining nations and if the owners of those nations dont respond, you immediate gain control of that nation and research that the nation has researched.
And double research speed for i dunno two days after conquest of one nation.

EDIT: In that case ignore post until theres 2+ players dropped out with territories under their control.

Also, a million souls, most of the people that are inactive have dropped out/left. The only one that is inactive and still here is Yugoslavia, I think.

TIME TO START THIS BITCH BACK UP

Atsinan planes are seen leaving airfields in the Normandy region, to begin a bombing campaign against central France.
Tanks are seen driving out of Forts to bombard non-complying towns. Infantry move in and kill any non-complying Government Officials in the annexation of Central France. Bombs are dropped on the non-complying towns. Many towns are annexed, as the soldiers from the non-complying towns are killed, and the soldiers from the complying towns join Atsina. Ships are seen leaving and bombarding the coastline of the coastline villages that don't comply.

TL;DR: Atsina annexs some of Central France, any towns that don't want to be annexed are bombarded then new towns are built in their place.
