what if there was a secondary sensor that hooked to the collar of your shirt to detect which way is your front, and this would let you use free look by turning your head

Never heard of the Oculus Rift. I googled it. Thank you for posting this, I never knew.
I doubt there needs to be support for blockland, since it is basically 2 computer screens on a headset.
But the actual movement detectors, probably, or maybe they could make it somehow control the mouse.

Problem is, head tilting.
