Whenever I click anywere on the screen it shows the black line for typing

For example here and I can click anywhere. Any fixes for this? The line is like for when you type it has it I cannot explain much of it.

I'm sure that's available under options. I haven't used Firefox (or it's variants) in a while, but I remember that option.
