It's virtually Impossible, with out an Engine rewrite.

i dotn want actual portals (well i do but i understand the limitations of this engine)
what i may suggest as to how to do it is a very thin object that is spawned and is automatically made to go on whatever angle for  the object it hit.. also id like the ability to clear portals easily and such

get ti to be flat and take the angle from the thing it hits

Momentum wouldn't be a problem to carry it through the portal.  However, I don't believe you can just rotate a player.  You'd have to mount the player to some vehicle (e.g. a small, invisible one) and rotate the vehicle.  Then unmount the player on the other side.  You'd have to have triggers covering a certain area in front of each portal so that the player can be gradually rotated before colliding with the portal.
