My cat is sick.

My mom put my cat in our bath tub to give her a bath. She then left her in the tub while it was drained. My mom put the cat in her cage in the tub. After an hour and a half she defecated in the tub with yellow bits in it. My mom is now in the hot texas sun trying to warm the cat up. My cat is going limp in her arms and I'm scared that she's going to die.

let me explain something OP, it's a pet. A pet is way less worth a human's life. vets charge up to 300 bucks for check up and other useless stuff. money is more important if you guys are tight with bills and such.

I completely disagree.

No matter how you slice it, a life is a life. It doesn't matter whether human, dog, cat, whathaveyou.  If you love him/her, you should protect it and keep it with you.

It must be devastating for a pet owner to not be able to pay for a vet bill and protect their pet, and I feel terrible for them.
