He's saying that the lack of maps completely invalidates everything else this version brought, not that a 3d bedroom is better than a 2d one
I think he just likes maps better than the new features. Some people like the new features better than maps. I don't get what's so wrong about him liking the older versions more, even if it's for a reason like maps. What "new features" did it bring, shadows? Maybe he can't run them, I think that's a perfectly fine reason to like the older version more.

Me too! I also felt the same way after the v12 update. I guess that's what happens when you practice doing something.
I know. I said "i agree with op i'd rather have the full 3d bedroom than a skybox of it." I never said that I can't have a 3d bedroom made out of bricks. I never said that I couldn't have a 3d bedroom at all. "I for one
prefer the old 3D bedroom with the hiding places and stuff", but that doesn't mean a brick one won't suffice.
OP probably just misses the maps after getting the new version. If he wasn't here on the forums and just got the update, it could come as a pretty big shocker. I know a lot of people were asking "how do i use my maps" after the update, as not everyone knew about the update months before it happened and not every player uses the forums. Instead of just saying "NO I DONT LIKE THIS TOPIC" why not inform the OP of possible good things the update can bring?
