Nothing, only the MDL file is important, and you would have to decompile it if you wanted to do anything with it

can someone who knows how to read lua tell me what it does?

You can open LUA files with notepad

The stuff in that dropbox link is only a model, it doesn't even have any materials or LUA files, so it's really good for nothing
