Sleeping in our car right now

Currently I am sleeping with my family in our car. We are doing this because our landlords are being little roostersluts. We are supposed to move out tomorrow morning but they called the police because they want the place to themselves for the night.

They can't actually, if they hadn't paid their rent in time than the landlord can throw them out whenever.

Actually, we offered 40 bucks. The cop asked them if they would have taken it and they said no.

They can, but it depends. If the rental agreement stated they had to give an eviction notice in advance, then they can't throw them out before that time is up. It's usually 30 or 60 days after being notified.
