For some reason joytokey is not taking commands for LT and RT. I can't bind keys to those for some reason.

AutoHotKey might work. What kind of game controller/gamepad did you buy? I've been looking for a decent one but I can't find one that suits me.

Yes, I did. You made no mention of AutoHotKey. I'm pretty sure it has gamepad support.
