Do you know how judgmental that is? To think you can judge someone's intelligence or how old or "mature" they are by the grammatical structure of their sentence? You are calling my friend ignorant when you, yourselves don't realize how ignorant and judgmental you sound?
Like I said,
it is possible, although occaisionally inaccurate, to judge a person's age by the way they handle the language. Not so much age, but maturity level, I suppose.
It is a preemptive warning system of sorts in some cases, as the people who type with proper grammar are USUALLY, and I mean USUALLY, thoughtful and sensible people (see Destroyer and Wedge for two great examples). I don't mind people who can get past their grammar and be effective people otherwise, but Meggey has demonstrated that this is not the case.

This is drama, mate. People come here to make judgements. Sometimes individually, others via consensus. Judgement is necessary to a fair extent, so as to determine the intentions of offenders, and in this case, it's really not looking too good.
If you are going to support the OP by his pics and you have your own reasons then fine... But atleast use actual evidence! Don't lie and make up stuff about my friend to hop on the bandwagon and prove your loving point...
I have seen the OP's evidence, and it is indeed quite damning. I do not make up evidence, nor do I hop on the bandwagon.
But listen, pal, Meggey does not act his/her age by society's standards. Other forumers who were considered too old for the game but still act like little kids at times have been incessantly bashed for the same thing (Furling is an example; he's 40 and deaf and might have some other issues too). Now, Meggey isn't being up front with the reasons for his/her behavior and age discrepancy, so we are inclined to believe he/she is just an ass.
Also, look at other people. Look at Kaiiu; he's a bigoted condescending teenage asshat and he types like one. rlcbm is a goofy little kid, and he types like one. The way a person types can tell you a fair bit about what they're like.

1. They have discussed the definite possibility that Meggey is a troll, of the variety that revels in the attention it provides. That particular jump of logic is a little bit outlandish, I will agree with that much, but it is still possible.
2. As I said above, grammar and handling of typing, talking, and acting are ways to recognize an individual's maturity level. Wedge and Destroyer are obviously far more mature than Kaiiu and rlcbm.

DAProg's(SA): Doesn't DAProg just host servers for other people?
AdinX's(SA): And I wouldn't trust Adin's judgement on this, given what went down between him and Yola and how he switched sides during the "fatherhood" thing.
Chris!'s(SA): I remember this guy but I'm not sure from what. However I'm pretty sure it wasn't his hosting.

I personally disagree with this to the extent that Meggey was clearly not serving the interests of the playerbase, but other than that it looks pretty accurate.
