4. Normal sleep schedule because you'll always be asleep

melatonin or for me reading makes me tired as forget and idk why but i have a feeling thats just me

i went to sleep at 4 AM last night.

i got into bed at 10 PM.

Jk, anways.. Melatonin, I use it... 2, then if I still can't sleep I take anougher... if that doesn't work... I just lay down or get some warm milk *Am nam nam*.

If you're having trouble falling asleep you can go to a health food store and buy something called "melatonin" its a natural chemical in your body that makes you tired and i take it every night to fall asleep so yeah, you should try it.
i use GABA, but they both work.

It helps to have a really comfortable bed that you never want to get out of. I have a big tempurpedic and I can sprawl out and sleep like a baby even when I'm not tired.

play minecraft or some other game that's mostly brainless if you absolutely have to be on the computer before bed

I actually sleep like a baby if I drink a lot of caffeine for some reason caffeine makes me tired not energized. When I used to drink soda I would pound 2 or 3 cans right before bed and sleep like a baby.
