Neighbors Dog got hit by a speeding car.

So my neighbors dog (not the one I posted about earlier with the ones that never shut down) got hit by a speeding car, he was going nearly 40 around a Blind Curve and hit the dog, my dad was washing the cars and my mom was talking to our neighbors wife and they heard a loud cars engine and then he got hit. We all loved him, he was playful and just generally a nice dog. He was a doxon.
