It wouldnt even start if that happened

it would start but components would stop working, thus the blue screens and freezing.

It remained at 30c all of today

If it was your power supply not being up to the task, the computer would just shut off. No BSoDs or anything.
Posting the latest file from C:\Windows\Minidump would be of most help so I can try to find the root of the problem.

Bug check 0x50 (PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA) usually occurs after the installation of faulty hardware or in the event of failure of installed hardware (usually related to defective RAM, be it main memory, L2 RAM cache, or video RAM). The STOP error was issued after a read operation on fffff880`06dffdc0, referenced by fffff880`06c246d0.

Run Memtest86+, Windows Memory Diagnostics, or some other memory tester. You may have faulty RAM.

OH forget how do I get to that menu? All I can recall is with grub it had that option. I know it was in the right slots from my manual 2 and 4. How would I get to memtest86

Push SHIFT during the GRUB hidden timeout to access the boot menu if you already have Memtest86 as a boot option.
You can run the Windows Memory Diagnostic by pushing Win Key + R, and using "%windir%\system32\MdSched.exe"

Keep in mind these tests may take anywhere from thirty minutes to six hours, and it is recommended to let the tests run at least three times over. Let it run overnight or something.

I had a crashing issue like this as well when I made my computer. All I had to do in the end was take out my RAM sticks and swap them up and it worked fine
