Author Topic: Computermix's new "script" (Blockland hack)  (Read 71956 times)

I ran Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes Pro about a million times, I also ran it in safe mode. It says i'm safe. Do I need to reformat my computer...?
(I tried the hack on my server to see what it did, and about a week later I gave the file to Badspot and got rid of it)

You guys should know that computermix and dotdotcircle are the ones responsible for the forum account hijackings.  They have phished people's passwords and used them to hijack their email accounts.  The likelihood of this hack containing a trojan is like a hundred percent.  If have ever run an executable provided by these people, you should consider your computer compromised.

Also, if you run a cheat like this don't be surprised if you find yourself banned from everything.
Good thing I didn't download it when he offered it to me.
Seemed pretty fishy.

Cheating using aimbot or wallhack is for scrubs anyways.

You make the call however you want, but I would.  Wasting a day reformatting is way better than finding out 6 months from now that this guy has all of your stuff.  Normally I would say this is a far fetched scenario but this guy dedicates a serious amount of his free time to bullying kids on the internet.  That's what started this whole thing - he wouldn't stop harassing kids' on the forum with their facebook pictures and stuff.  So I banned him several times and then he spent 6 months reverse engineering Blockland so he can virtually beat up on more kids.

Can't you sue him for reverse engineering? I think that against blockland terms of service right?

Dotdot also told me and others on MARBLE MAN's server that he re-generates his keys instead of actually buying more. I'm not quite sure if this is possible but you might want to look into it.

Most people here are going to take your word right off the bat but I'd like to see some actual evidence linking Computermix to the forum account hijackings.

You can sue someone for anything you like, as long as you want to spend the money on it.  I'd rather have criminal charges brought against him for the unauthorized access to people's accounts, though it's difficult to get anyone to give a stuff if he hasn't stolen their identity.  Another alternative I've considered is that he goes to school and many schools have honor codes and would kick you out for this kind of stuff.

Really though I've just been hoping that he'll get bored and go away but it doesn't look like that's going to happen.

Well stuff, I guess i'll change all my passwords after I buy windows 8. I'll probably buy Windows 8 now so I don't have to re-install windows again.

Why are you sure that he stole those people's accounts?

Don't panic,

That's good, but what if it contains malicious "code"?

You can certainly generate keys that work offline, but to get an online key you'd have to get someone's actual key.  I haven't seen any evidence that this is possible.  If he could do it he'd probably tell some of his underlings how to do it and they'd go nuts logging into everyone else's key and we'd have chaos.

He seems to just be using keys that other habitual problem users like wound or electrk have bought for him.  For instance, right now he's using a key bought by brian smith.
