Can I run Battlefield 3?

Memory 8192MB RAM
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 5450

I want to get Battlefield 3, and I want to see if my computer can handle it smoothly on Medium. I want to run it smoothly on Medium atleast, and if I can't run it, what do I need to upgrade to so I can run it on Medium?

Terrible website. Does not compute real world performance, only the technical specs of the card.
Anyways, upgrade your graphics card and you should be good. I don't think a $30 graphics card can run on medium well. It might run on low.

It says I can't run Sonic DX or Heroes but I can on max with no graphics card.

My GTX 550 TI can run it at medium @ 1080p with about 45 fps. Admittedly, it is a 2 generation old card, so I would say something like the 650 TI which can handle it at high settings as well for $120~

EDIT: It also comes with a $50 game coupon for online games such as Hawken, World of Tanks, and Planetside 2 if you want those too.
