The hack is not malicious, that's the end of the story.

Sure, it's breaking the game and copyrights but it is not malicious, users have no need to worry about it, rather the creator of the game needs to fix it, not just scare everyone into not using it because they'll get their information stolen.

The dossier on me has nothing to do with the hack, Badspot released my information on his accord, it was not 'hacked' and given out.
Just because it doesn't steal info doesn't make it okay.

Injecting a dll does not modify the game files

So taking an exact copy of a song, adding to the middle of that song a solo of you singing, doesn't break copyright?

Wow, I didn't know that

pretty sure that aimbots are always intended to forget with other people

You aren't actually modifying the program by injecting a dll

You aren't modifying the song if you do what I said, just injecting your own little bit.

The dll does not modify the game files, it runs as a seperate thread and calls functions in the actual game

Taken from Wikipedia's listing of "Copyright"

"gives the copyright holder the right to... determine who may adapt the work to other forms"

They are changing how the base game works, therefore they are infringing copyright
