i actually do have a single black friend. hes part of the dungeons and dragons / world of warcraft / league of legends' nerd circle of friends i have in real life.
18 hours a day gaming, same job for 12 years since he graduated highschool, cashier at a stuffty grocery store.
no ambition, no drivers license/car, no plans for school or future job, never had a gf/never tried.

hes one of the biggest losers i know. and hes not even black stereotype. hes just black.
but he suffers from all the same stuff ghetto black people do. not-try-hard-enough-itis

honestly bisjac has a point, though harsh

uh
i've personally noticed that white people try a hell of a lot less than black people so i'm not sure what any of that is.

yes. believe it or not, its very rare to find good black friends, not surprised by bisjacs lack of black friends. most people i know arent even friends with blacks.
I'll ask you the same thing: Do people try to make friends with you or do you try to make friends with people? it doesn't matter if they're black or not mind you

i would almost guarantee he had lesser an application then the average any other race student. being black really is easier then being white. a shame the bulk of them dont take advantage of it lol.

I'm seriously wondering why they don't get rid of things like Affirmative Action. As long as it exists, people will still insist that just because someone is black, that they aren't smarter than them.

If a black guy had a 4.8 GPA weighted and spectacular test scores with stellar essays got accepted, people would still blame it on him being black. (In a situation where random people only know that the person who was accepted was black and nothing else about the person.)

There isn't a doubt in their mind that even though he's black, he might be smarter than them.

If my story wasn't clear, then here:

"Hey, a black guy got accepted into Harvard!"
"Oh cool, it was probably because he was black though, I have a 4.3 GPA and great test scores." <- Making assumptions without knowing the person.

I'll ask you the same thing: Do people try to make friends with you or do you try to make friends with people? it doesn't matter if they're black or not mind you

well its neither actually, like bisjac said earlier, school forces people to become friends. and they were decent enough to keep after school ended.

So you're telling me friends just appeared out of nowhere because you went to school?

guy who is obviously black, can take a joke, is smart and isnt some ghetto punk who picks on people to appear bigger.
every single post you have made in this thread has been completely handicapped. you start off talking about street fights, but youre some scrawny little pusillanimous individual white kid who probably has never even been in a fight with his loving cat. and take it to right now, trying to act like you know an entire race? trying to act like your opinion of black people is completely justified? lol get real. you would never say anything you said in this thread to a black mans face in real life, you would never even probably talk to a black man, you're probably just scared stuffless of them but you turn that fear into "hate" on the internet to try to look cooler.

come back when you've actually gained a reason to be such a tribal little stuff lol

Where the forget were your brass knuckles when you were walking down that trail?

in every single thread

man i had it way harder.
being white and raised in middle class loving sucks.

not rich enough a family to buy me nice things, car, college.
not poor or minority enough to just have it given to me.

i was raised in a world where dept is key to gaining anything. and the only way to rise above that dept is to loving bust ass for years. and in the end you can still barely leave anything to the next generation to break that awful cycle.

yeah being black must suck lol. i can just use my food stamps, free college, easier job-hiring competition. (schools and businesses need to meet quotas on races they hire. sometimes on ratios overall)

God forbid you had it as easy as an actual poor person, right?

Didn't you have some distant native relative.

black nerds are cool

yeah he was an awesome guy. hes just 1-track minded into those games and its not like a fad thats ever going to go away. years go by and the circle of us guys can hardly even speak to him anymore. its like he will never grow up lol
