I ripped my windows key out because it gets in the way while playing games

you can also slide the cursor down/up from the left corners of the screen to open a tab-like menu.

i cant show a picture because printscreen makes it disappear

It's a big difference, but it's really no big deal. You get used to it.
Actually, in my experience the Windows 8 indexing is a lot faster than Windows 7. The key commands to search for and run any program on both systems are exactly the same (Windows key > type). But I have been able to execute this method without pausing at all on Windows 8, while on Windows 7 it can take a couple seconds to search occasionally.

Is Windows 8 worth it guys? I mean really, do the benifits out weigh the bads?

upgrading from windows 7 is not really worth the 80 bucks or whatever it is, but if you are buying a new system then yeah i would recommend it

Windows 8 is better everything, just the interface is slightly crappy and takes getting used to from ANY other OS. It's like trying to slap the Windows Phone interface on that stuff.
