Author Topic: /float command --- Don't worry, serversided.  (Read 928 times)

Hello, recently I saw Chriso use Computermix's floathack. He had a white avatar and then said "I'm a cloud." Ever since I have been craving it. I thought, but then I realized if someone made a serversided version it wouldn't be a hack at all. It is only justifiable as a hack if it is client sided.

munk made like a noclip thing thats pretty similar

It is not really the same...
I was planning on having a cloud tdm (idk) or something. I don't want people noclipping everywhere.
Also rtb prefs to who can use it: Super Admin / Admin / Regular Person

Where's that climbing pick add-on I can't find it

It uses a tiny physical zone where the player is.

autobridge would work pretty well, though there's a lot to be added to it (namely toggleability/permissions)

What's this?
basically, the player looks like they are lagging out in the sky while still talking to the server :/

the "hack" let's players toggle this

Oh, I've seen people do that. Is there a way to detect it server-sidedly?

Well, you could make a script that detects if they're touching the ground and staying in the same place for a long time.

Kinda like the afk kick, but checking if hes airborne or not

So.... you want a script that lets you stay in one place in the air without moving?

ok.

No, because you will get the exact same effect when people are lagging.
