A penny is the lowest amount of currency an average person can pay. I believe there are situations in banking and such where you can go lower, but that's just per calculations and such and not something you'd use for payments in this way.

According to that, it might be a lie. I only bought 2 so far, just in-case they revoke it and its a waste of time. Each order takes like 10 minutes to process.
We'll see if I get those keys.
It's false advertising. I checked out for 1 cent, that's the price I pay. Period.
