You know what annoys me about this thread, why do you give a forget?
It's his life, why can't he choose to post about what he's actually doing, and why do you care? If you don't want that type of stuff on your Facebook wall, delete him or hide his posts. The 'government' can't do jack stuff about what's posted online by you, unless you are caught in the act of using it or possessing it, they can't do anything.
The most that 'could' happen, is him getting expelled from school and later in life finding it hard to get a job after the google search his name, hell I'm already in enough hot water trying to apply places because Eric Hartman ruined my e-reputation because he had a point to prove.
