Am I the only one who feels Decals and Faces are mostly useless?

I feel that decals and faces are useless unless it's for your own amusement or for videos. I can't be the only one.

There has to be a way to make some sort of online "cloud" that has a selection of decals and faces you can use which would be moderated for top notch quality.

What exactly are you suggesting?  Someone make an online database full of nice decals?  A mod that creates a sort of "server-sided decal" system?

I'm not looking for an "add-on"

Sort of like RTB and Steam Workshop combined with a cloud. But instead decals. You subscribe to a decal. Except all decals are stored online and can be seen by everyone.

Basically the way Roblox does theirs without people submitting silly decals.

If all these other games can do it, why can't we come up with something like it? Couldn't it be easily built into RTB or something?
