True...I am tired of idiots yelling at me for my ideas and project I already have half completed. I just need land and I need to declare independence! Many people are stuck into their "natural" society, where as I want to get the hell out of any large states and go to a smaller micronation.

Yeah this guy is just loving handicapped. If you made an island you would be recognized by nobody. You know sealand isn't actually a country right? It's abandoned now, it was just in international waters so it could do what it wanted to. You're 1+ year of international law should let you form a country no problem, I mean you're practically a lawyer already.

There is no proposed "land" yet. We do have ocean territory though! But I forgot the coords, and I STILL cant remember them.

Aerox doesn't have territory, and isn't a nation yet. I can still make claims!

First of all, you can't. International treaties prohibit the claiming of antarticia.
Second, you can't live on antarticia. Even if you could, why the forget would you want to?
Third, just to GET TO antartica it would cost THOUSANDS of dollars.
